Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager International Sales (Natural Colors / Essential Oils / Food Ingredients) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven International Sales Qualified to lead global business expansion for our Natural Colors and Essential Oils portfolio. The role focuses on developing new markets, managing international clients, and executing sales strategies to achieve strong global growth in the food & beverage industry. Key Responsibilities oIdentify and onboard new international customers for Natural Colors & Essential Oils. oAchieve export sales targets and expand presence across key global regions. oDevelop strategic sales plans for target markets and key accounts. oBuild and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. oConduct product presentations and technical discussions with global customers. oWork closely with R&D; and Technical teams to provide customized solutions. oTrack global market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. oRepresent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events. oNegotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms as per global standards. oEnsure export documentation and regulatory compliance are met. oSupport marketing with region-specific sales initiatives and promotions. Qualifications o Bachelors degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemistry (Preferred: B.Sc / M.Sc / Food Tech). o MBA or PG in Marketing / International Business is an added advantage. Experience & Skills o 3+ years of international sales in Natural Colors, Essential Oils, Food Ingredients, or Additives. o Strong understanding of food & beverage industry applications. o Knowledge of global regulatory standards (FSSAI, EFSA, FDA, etc.). o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools. o Willingness to travel internationally.
