Job Description: Technical Carpenter Executive (MDF Division) Company: Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. Division: MDF Division Salary: 4 – 6 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Carpenter Executive to join our MDF Division. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in carpentry, particularly with MDF products, along with the ability to support technical demonstrations, installations, and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute carpentry work using MDF boards and related materials.
- Demonstrate product applications and installations to customers and dealers.
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.
- Handle site visits for product installations and troubleshooting.
- Ensure quality standards and proper finishing of carpentry work.
- Train dealers, contractors, and carpenters on MDF product usage.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in carpentry (preferably MDF/plywood industry).
- Good knowledge of carpentry tools, machines, and techniques.
- Understanding of MDF board applications and furniture making.
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Ability to travel for site visits and demonstrations. Preferred Candidate Profile:
- ITI/Diploma in Carpentry or relevant field.
- Experience in the plywood/MDF industry is an added advantage. Key Competencies:
