About True Hope Foundation True Hope Foundation is a crowdfunding and social impact organization working to support genuine causes across India, including medical emergencies, animal welfare, old age homes, orphan children, disaster relief, hunger relief, and other humanitarian campaigns. We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can manage and scale fundraising campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads with solid ROAS, proper tracking, creative testing, and daily optimization. Roles and Responsibilities The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns for fundraising and donor acquisition. Key responsibilities include: Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads . Run campaigns for fundraising, donor acquisition, patient campaigns, animal welfare, disaster relief, old age homes, and other social causes. Manage different campaign objectives such as conversions, leads, traffic, engagement, remarketing, and donor retargeting. Monitor daily campaign performance including spend, donations, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, and donor quality. Optimize campaigns daily to improve performance and reduce cost per donation. Create and test multiple audiences, interests, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and retargeting funnels. Coordinate with the graphic design, video, and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives. Perform A/B testing of creatives, headlines, primary text, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures. Manage campaign budgets effectively and scale winning campaigns without affecting ROAS. Set up and monitor tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion APIs, UTM tracking, and donation tracking systems. Identify technical issues related to tracking, landing pages, pixel events, or payment flow and coordinate with the development team. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management. Analyze donor behavior, campaign trends, and fundraising performance to suggest improvements. Keep updated with Meta and Google Ads policies, especially for NGO, medical, and fundraising campaigns. Ensure ads follow platform guidelines and reduce chances of rejection, account restrictions, or policy violations. Required Skills The candidate should have: Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads . Good understanding of performance marketing, ROAS, CPA, conversion tracking, and campaign scaling. Experience in running conversion-based campaigns with large daily budgets. Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion APIs. Ability to analyze data and make fast decisions based on campaign performance. Strong understanding of ad creatives, hooks, emotional storytelling, and donor psychology. Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and funnel-based marketing. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns at the same time. Good communication skills to coordinate with creative, content, tech, and fundraising teams. Strong problem-solving skills for tracking, campaign delivery, and performance issues. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing. Experience in NGO, crowdfunding, healthcare, fundraising, D2C, lead generation, or high-budget ad campaigns will be preferred. Experience in managing monthly ad budgets of ₹10 lakh or above will be an advantage. Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, email remarketing, CRM, and donor journey automation will be an added advantage. Previous experience in scaling campaigns with strong ROAS will be highly preferred. Key Performance Indicators The Performance Marketing Manager will be evaluated on: Return on Ad Spend, ROAS. Cost per donation. Donation conversion rate. Daily and monthly fundraising performance. Creative testing and winning creative identification. Campaign scaling with stable performance. Accuracy of tracking and reporting. Reduction in rejected ads and account-level issues. Work Requirements Full-time office-based role in Jodhpur. Must be able to handle urgent campaign requirements. Must be comfortable with daily performance monitoring. Should be able to work with high budgets and strict performance targets.
