- Proficient in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D;) for product innovation and optimization
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site workplace
