Job Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls and basic inquiries professionally. Understand customer queries and transfer/divert calls to the appropriate department or employee. Maintain explicit and polite communication with customers in English. Provide basic support and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements: Valuable communication skills in English (spoken and understood clearly). Ability to understand customer concerns and identify the correct point of contact. Comfortable working in night shifts. Basic computer knowledge and phone etiquette. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good listening skills. Freshers can apply.

Preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Quick learner with problem-solving mindset.

Ability to stay calm and qualified during calls.

Pay: ₹8,000.00
- ₹12,000.00 per month
