- 3 LPA Experience: Fresher Qualification: Graduation with distinction preferred Role Overview Bikaji is looking for energetic and disciplined freshers for entry-level roles in plant operations. The selected candidates will be trained and placed across Production, Maintenance, or Quality functions based on business requirements, qualification, and suitability. The role involves supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, maintaining process discipline, and ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily plant operations as per assigned department requirements.
- Assist seniors in monitoring process flow, equipment functioning, and shop floor activities.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and finished goods.
- Maintain required records, checklists, and basic documentation accurately.
- Follow standard operating procedures, food safety guidelines, hygiene practices, and safety norms.
- Observe process gaps, machine issues, quality deviations, or operational concerns and report them to seniors.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth execution of daily tasks.
- Support inspection, audit, and compliance-related activities whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and 5S practices in the assigned work area.
- Learn department-specific processes and gradually take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduate with distinction preferred.
- Willing to work in a food manufacturing plant setting.
- Open to working in shifts, if required.
- Good learning attitude, discipline, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Basic technical understanding will be an added advantage.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting.
