Oracle CC&B Administrator (Pushkar)

Role: Oracle CC&B; Administrator Experience Preferred: 4-9 Years Location: Remote

Job Description:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Utilities applications such as Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management, and related modules
- Administer and manage Oracle WebLogic Server to ensure high availability and optimal performance
- Perform system administration tasks including workplace setup, patching, upgrades, and configuration management
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning across application and infrastructure layers
- Manage application deployments, builds, and release activities across Development, QA, and Production environments
- Collaborate with development and DBA teams for application changes, migrations, and database-related activities
- Work with Oracle Database teams for backup, recovery, and performance optimization
- Handle security configurations, user access management, and compliance requirements
- Provide L2/L3 production support, ensuring timely incident resolution within SLAs
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities products like CC&B;, MDM, or C2M
- Strong expertise in WebLogic Server administration and configuration
- Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, and performance tuning
- Solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments
- Experience in application deployments, patching, and release management
- Knowledge of shell scripting and basic automation
- Familiarity with middleware, integrations, and enterprise systems
