This is a pay-per-link role designed for experienced professionals who want flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for sourcing and securing high-quality backlinks through targeted outreach. This includes identifying relevant websites, pitching content ideas, negotiating placements (if paid) and managing the process through to publication.What You'll Be DoingIdentifying solid, relevant websites for placements (no link farms or generic sites or sites that link out to casinos or grey niches)Reaching out to site owners, editors and bloggersNegotiating terms and securing guest posts, Op Eds/Thought Leadership pieces, link inserts or strategic link or content swaps Collaborating with writers to meet publisher requirementsManaging submissions and tracking live placementsWhat We're Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in link building and outreachAn existing network of contacts you can leverageStrong understanding of SEO and link quality signalsProven ability to secure placements on reputable sites (we want to see 5 of your best links)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with tools like AhrefsHighly organised, self-motivated and reliableWe’re not interested in low-quality links. We’re looking for people who know how to find and secure placements on genuinely valuable, niche-specific sites
