Job Description: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and online presence. The role involves content planning, campaign management, performance tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for the ceramic/quartz industry. The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and branding objectives. Manage company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions. Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports. Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility across digital platforms. Ensure brand consistency in communication, visuals, and messaging. Coordinate with HR and other departments for employer branding and internal campaigns when required. Required Skills: Solid knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Creativity in content creation and campaign planning. Good communication and copywriting skills. Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc. Understanding of social media analytics and paid advertising. Video editing and reel creation knowledge preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or related field. Experience: 10-12 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
