Candidates should be Graduate Candidate should have good of excel Knowledge Proficiency in English Lead correspondences with customers on multiple channels
- phone email live chat Whatsapp Locate products check stock availability arrange collection delivery and process exchanges Handle complaints promotion enquiries product information enquiries pricing enquiries voucher use gift registry etc Facilitate root-cause investigation providing status updates follow-through on corrective actions and any other customer queries Assist on membership requests or queries for example but not limited to helping customers reset passwords activate accounts update details and answer members queries Ensure that both an appropriate and adequate investigation takes place in all cases This includes recording all communications and details of actions taken between the various parties and all information taken into consideration Must approach all matters in a non-based and skilled manner Knowledge of Sales Order management and Invoicing in order to quickly relate to customers on their orders Good Knowledge of MS EXCEL like as VLOOKUP Pivot Table Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00
