Job description Transcom is Hiring! Customer Support Executive (Rotational Shift Premium Process)Are you passionate about helping customer related queries? Role & responsibilities Engage with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls to solve customer queries . Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products. Build trust and long-term relationships with customers to drive renewals and referrals. Accurately document customer details, policy discussions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools. Preferred candidate profile Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate with 6 Months Of BPO/Customer Support experience in E-commerce and Excellent English Fluency (C1 level). Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills. Robust sales aptitude with the ability to handle objections effectively. Basic understanding of customer service (training provided). Experience in BPO/KPO preferred (freshers with great communication welcome!).
