Description
Role & responsibilities Drive global advertiser acquisition across e-commerce and international verticals. Independently close high-value global accounts while leading day-to-day sales operations. Develop and execute outbound sales strategies for US, UK, SEA, and MENA markets. Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at global brands and D2C companies. Identify new verticals, markets, and revenue growth opportunities. Lead pitch strategy, commercial discussions, negotiations, and IO closures. Collaborate with Advertiser Growth, Affiliate Teams, and Network Operations for seamless onboarding. Monitor team KPIs, revenue targets, and maintain solid pipeline hygiene in CRM. Represent the organization in international events, strategic calls, and partnerships. Analyze competitor affiliate networks and market positioning to strengthen global offerings.
Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing sales. Solid exposure to global marketsUS, UK, SEA, and MENA. Hands-on experience working with or against affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten Advertising, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, etc. Proven track record of closing international e-commerce and D2C advertisers. Strong leadership experience with ability to manage and scale sales teams. Demonstrated success in revenue generation and global advertiser acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen. Solid understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, EPC, and conversion rate.
