Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Carpenter Executive to join our MDF Division. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in carpentry, particularly with MDF products, along with the ability to support technical demonstrations, installations, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities: Execute carpentry work using MDF boards and related materials. Demonstrate product applications and installations to customers and dealers. Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams. Handle site visits for product installations and troubleshooting. Ensure quality standards and proper finishing of carpentry work. Train dealers, contractors, and carpenters on MDF product usage. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in carpentry (preferably MDF/plywood industry). Valuable knowledge of carpentry tools, machines, and techniques. Understanding of MDF board applications and furniture making. Basic communication skills (Hindi/English). Ability to travel for site visits and demonstrations.

Preferred Candidate Profile: ITI/Diploma in Carpentry or relevant field. Experience in the plywood/MDF industry is an added advantage.
