To set up Dealer network Used tractor DSA and brokers for the Location Achieve MoM business sales targets also manage Collections PDD

Duties and Responsibilities

Creating Distribution and Business DeliverySetting up recent dealer networkMonth on month business deliverySetting up DSA networkMarket share creationPDD maintenanceAsset quality maintenance2. Cross Functional alignmentResponsible for collection upto 30 DPD and alignment with collection for DPD managementInteracting with Credit and OPS for timely sanction and disbursement3. Cross sell Penetration of cross sell products like Loan cover Shield (LI), Asset Insurance and others in his/her Location4. Business MIS ReportsTimely reporting of business figures Make sure the login and disbursement reports and maintained for his/her Location5. TA frameworkMaking sure TA is given to right Dealer and timely repayment of the same6. Field InvestigationPersonal visit to customer residence for FIChecking all particulars and being true to the details requiredRaise flag in case of any suspicion. ey Decisions / DimensionsRight Dealer Tie upRight cases selectionMajor ChallengesDeveloping the market and increasing the market share Delivering AOP targetsCollection of bounce casesRequired
