Assistant Manager/deputy Manager Rajasthan

We are seeking a highly energetic and committed skilled to manage the overall payments portfolio, including operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a domain expert with a robust understanding of Payment Accounting, risk management, and compliance. This role requires a proven track record in handling payments, cash flow management, and treasury automation.

Qualification
- B.Com/M.Com/ CA Inter preferred

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, treasury operations and cash flow management

Technical Skills
- Solid working knowledge of SAP(preferably SAP FICO). Experience with treasury automation tools and banking integrations.

Key Responsibilities Payment Processing Oversee day-to-day payment operations, advance payments, payments against bills, cheque preparation, ensuring smooth and timely payments to vendors across multiple projects.

a. Manage cash flow efficiently through various payment modes, including direct cash payments, InvoiceMart, and Letters of Credit (LC).

b. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls before processing payments. SAP Entries

a. Booking all payment entries in SAP after regular payments

b. Posting of receipt entries in SAP Other Payment

a. Employee reimbursements

b. Salary disbursements

c. Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), etc. Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statements) for both Bank and FDR (Fixed Deposit Receipts) Audit Support

a. Preparation of FDR working

b. Interest income computation

c. Providing reports and data as required by auditors Fund Managemen
- Monthly preparation of fund inflow and outflow statements Vendor Coordination

a. Processing payments via Invoice Mart and RXIL portal

b. Coordination for vendor mapping and negotiation on interest rates MIS Reporting
- Preparation of ad-hoc MIS reports as required by senior management
