Description
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Management Executive/Operations Head to oversee and streamline operational systems within the buildings construction organization. The candidate will be responsible for implementing operational controls, MIS reporting structures, SOP frameworks, performance management systems, workplace discipline policies, and automation initiatives across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, operational planning expertise, construction management experience, and knowledge of ERP/MIS systems to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, accountability, and process standardization. Key Responsibilities: MIS & Operational Reporting
- Develop, implement, and maintain centralized MIS systems for organizational reporting
- Prepare dashboards, analytical reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms
- Monitor operational performance and generate management reports
- Design reporting formats for project tracking, budgeting, billing, procurement, and workforce management
- Conduct operational analysis for decision-making and process improvements SOP Development & Process Standardization
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
- Standardize workflows for procurement, billing, HR, quality control, inventory, safety, and project execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and quality standards
- Conduct periodic SOP reviews and process audits Performance Management & KPI Monitoring
- Design KPI-based performance evaluation systems
- Monitor employee productivity, departmental efficiency, and operational targets
- Conduct performance reviews and coordinate appraisal processes
- Implement accountability frameworks and responsibility tracking systems Organizational Coordination & Administration
- Define roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures for departments
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication and operational alignment
- Establish systems for workflow monitoring and issue resolution
- Support management in strategic operational planning and execution Workplace Discipline & Code of Conduct
- Implement workplace discipline policies and code of conduct standards
- Monitor employee behavior, attendance, and compliance
- Handle misconduct cases and disciplinary procedures professionally
- Promote a positive, ethical, and performance-driven work culture Process Automation & Digital Transformation
- Drive automation of manual operational processes
- Digitize attendance systems, inventory management, approvals, reporting, documentation, and project tracking
- Coordinate implementation of ERP, HRMS, and project management software
