PRODUCTION PLANNING MACHINERY (Ajmer)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and quality teams for smooth operations
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
- Plan material requirements based on production schedules
- Track inventory levels and coordinate for raw material availability
- Prepare production reports, MIS reports, and planning documentation
- Follow up on machine loading, capacity planning, and production status
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources
- Identify production delays and coordinate corrective actions
- Maintain records related to production planning and dispatch schedules
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes Required Skills
- Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of machinery/components manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Positive analytical and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to work under deadlines and production targets Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field Pay: ₹10,837.39
