- Maintenance for our Keshwana plant to strengthen our technical and engineering operations. Job Summary: The Executive
- Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production lines by performing preventive and corrective maintenance during shifts. The role involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, maintaining utilities, and ensuring adherence to plant safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of production line breakdowns during shifts to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems across plant and utilities.
- Inspect, repair, and calibrate electrical/instrumentation components to meet required specifications.
- Diagnose and repair faults in machine panels, motors, pumps, and AC/DC control wiring in food production and packing machines.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and circuit diagrams for maintenance and setup.
- Make electrical adjustments and settings in machines to ensure product quality and production continuity.
- Handle HT transformers, LT panels, APFC panels, DG sets, VFDs, and screw compressors as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with electrical safety standards during shift operations.
- Support machine setup activities including calibration, cleaning, documentation, and line clearance.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with production and support teams to ensure high-quality output and minimal wastage.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency. Key Requirements:
- Education: B. Tech in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in FMCG / Food / Beverage / Consumer Products manufacturing.
- Technical Skills:
- PLC Programming & Troubleshooting
- VFD Operation & Maintenance
- DG Set and Screw Compressor Maintenance
- Electrical & Mechanical Fault Diagnosis
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Practices Other Skills:
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
