Credit Manager Builder Funding / Construction Rajasthan

Role & responsibilities Assess and evaluate credit proposals for builder funding and real estate financing. Conduct detailed financial analysis of developers, projects, cash flows, and repayment capacity. Review project feasibility, legal documents, approvals, and collateral security. Coordinate with business, legal, technical, and risk teams for credit evaluation and approvals. Prepare credit appraisal notes and recommend proposals as per company policies. Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with internal credit guidelines. Identify and mitigate risks associated with builder funding transactions. Support timely sanction, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring of cases.

Required Skills: Solid understanding of Builder Funding / Real Estate Finance. Knowledge of financial analysis, credit underwriting, and risk assessment. Familiarity with RBI guidelines and NBFC lending practices. Valuable analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and credit appraisal preparation.
