Vice President EdTech Technology (Pushkar)

Role: VP Technology Location: Totally Remote, India Reports to: N-1 Pay Scale: 100K USD / Annum all inclusive

This leadership role will drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, modernization, cloud transformation, AI integration, cybersecurity, and large-scale product/platform delivery for one of the world's leading EdTech platform.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technology modernization and future-state architecture
- Driving agile product engineering and 24/7 technology operations
- Building scalable SaaS and cloud-based ecosystems
- Integrating AI capabilities into the application landscape
- Managing cybersecurity, infrastructure, disaster recovery, and vendor ecosystems
- Partnering closely with C-level stakeholders on strategic initiatives
- Leading and scaling a global technology team of 40–50 members
- Driving innovation, cost optimization, and operational excellence

Ideal background:
- 20+ years in senior technology leadership roles
- 8 to 10 years in Ed Tech technology leadership
- Strong exposure to cloud, AI, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise systems
- Proven experience in global team leadership and transformation
- Prior experience within the Education Technology / EdTech ecosystem is mandatory
- Expertise in agile delivery environments (SAFe exposure preferred)
