_*Urgent Requirement for a Leading Real Estate Developer in Jaipur*_ Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Title: AVP – Projects (Construction) Salary Budget: Upto 30 LPA (Basis Last Drawn CTC) Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:15 AM to 6:15 PM) Working Days: 5.5 Days Working (1st & 3rd Saturdays Off) Preferred Industries: Real Estate, Manufacturing _*Position Overview:*_ We are seeking an experienced and energetic AVP – Projects to lead and manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned Civil Engineer with 18 years of experience in project execution, construction management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and team leadership. *Key Responsibilities:* Project Planning & Management:
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Project Execution & Monitoring:
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and progress standards. Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams.
• Drive a high-performance and collaborative work culture.
• Support talent development through coaching and training initiatives. Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Present regular project status reports to senior leadership.
• Resolve project-related conflicts and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Risk Management:
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure smooth project continuity. Financial Oversight:
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Optimize resource allocation and monitor project expenditures. *_Qualifications & Requirements:_* ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree Preferred) ✔ Minimum 18 Years of Experience in Real Estate Project Management ✔ Proven experience managing large-scale construction and real estate projects from inception to completion ✔ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ✔ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities ✔ Proficiency in project management software and tools ✔ In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, materials, contracts, and statutory regulations ✔ Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities _*Preferred Skills:*_ ⭐ PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification ⭐ Experience in Green Building Practices and Sustainable Construction ⭐ Knowledge of latest construction technologies and industry trends Candidates from anywhere in India willing to relocate to Jaipur may apply.
