Role Description: Sr. Associate- Legal & Finance Experience: 5 years Location: Jaipur Key Responsibilities: Manage Company financial planning, budgeting, and reporting Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements Handle corporate governance, board meetings, and ROC compliances Oversee contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to projects Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions Manage taxation matters including GST, income tax, and filings Monitor financial risks and ensure proper internal controls Liaise with different government bodies to avail applicable benefits and schemes Manage RERA compliance, documentation, and regulatory coordination Requirements: Qualified CA or Company Secretary preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel 5 years of experience in finance and legal functions Experience in real estate industry preferred Strong knowledge of corporate laws, taxation, and compliance Excellent leadership and analytical skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mt107
