Role & responsibilities: 1. Execution of Work
- Implement construction activities as per approved drawings and instructions from the Project Manager.
- Ensure work is carried out in line with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. 2. Coordination & Supervision
- Supervise on-site activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and more.
- Coordinate with labor teams, subcontractors, and material vendors for seamless execution. 3. Quality Assurance & Safety
- Monitor construction quality, ensuring adherence to QA/QC protocols and IS codes.
- Enforce safety measures and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. 4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily site progress and maintain detailed work records.
- Prepare and submit timely progress reports and BOQ tracking sheets. 5. Problem Solving & Communication
- Quickly identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain regular communication with Project Manager, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and smooth workflow. 6. Resource Management
- Manage the timely procurement and optimal usage of construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and minimize material wastage. Skills & Requirements:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Solid understanding of civil construction practices, drawings, IS codes, and QA/QC standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction/project management tools.
- Robust documentation, billing, and BOQ analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work in fast-paced environments and travel to project locations as required. Working Conditions:
- This role requires on-site presence at construction projects, often in outdoor or physically demanding environments.
