We are a Germany-based company working in the electricity and gas contract sector. We help customers in Germany with the processing and preparation of energy contract documents. We already work successfully with several Filipino tea ---------- mbers who have been part of our company for years. We are now looking to expand our team and hire additional reliable Filipino workers for long-term remote work. : We are looking for a reliable Data Entry Assistant who can help us transfer information from files, tables, and CRM records into prepared letter templates. You will receive your own CRM access and clear instructions. Your main task will be to take data from spreadsheets and files, enter it correctly into letter templates, and prepare the documents so they can be sent out. ## Main Tasks
- Transfer customer data from spreadsheets, files, and CRM records
- Enter information into prepared letter templates
- Prepare letters for sending
- Work with our CRM system
- Check entered data carefully for accuracy
- Follow clear internal processes and instructions
- Document completed tasks properly ## Working Hours Monday to Friday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM German time There will be 1 hours of break time during the shift. Effective working time: 8 hours per day Weekends are free. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to grow together with our company. ## Requirements We are looking for someone who is reliable, accurate, and willing to work long-term. You Should Have
- Good English skills
- Previous Data Entry experience
- Experience with CRM systems or similar software
- Experience working with spreadsheets and digital documents
- High attention to detail
- Reliable and organized working style
- Fast learning ability
- Stable internet connection
- Own computer or laptop
- Valid NBI Clearance or valid identification documents for verification
