Technical Officer Rajasthan

Conduct technical and property site inspections for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) cases.

Prepare accurate and detailed technical valuation reports within defined turnaround time (TAT).

Verify property location, dimensions, approach/access road, and surrounding neighborhood details.

Verify approved building plans/maps, construction permissions, occupancy/completion certificates, and related statutory documents.

Ensure compliance of properties with municipal regulations, local authority norms, and legal requirements.

Identify and report risks related to property title issues, encroachments, unauthorized deviations.

Monitor and coordinate with empaneled valuers, technical consultants, and external vendors when required.
