3d Printing Expert Interns/experienced Rajasthan

We are seeking skilled 3D Printing Experts (interns or experienced) to support our drone manufacturing and prototyping efforts. Candidates should have hands-on experience with 3D printing, CAD modeling, and material optimization or be actively pursuing a related degree with relevant project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain 3D printers (FDM, SLA, SLS) for UAV component fabrication.

Design and modify drone parts using CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Optimize print parameters and troubleshoot issues for lightweight and durable drone components.

Conduct post-processing (sanding, painting, polishing) to enhance part quality.

Experiment with advanced materials for UAV applications.

Collaborate with engineers to develop prototypes and production-ready parts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of 3D printing technologies and materials (PLA, ABS, PETG, Carbon Fiber, etc.).

Hands-on experience with CAD software and slicing tools (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Simplify3D).

Problem-solving skills for print troubleshooting and optimization.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

Experience in 3D printing for aerospace/drone applications.

Knowledge of 3D scanning and reverse engineering.

Familiarity with advanced post-processing techniques.
