Roles and Responsibilities: Learning and understanding the different Finance and Accounts processes, assisting in making and improvising on SOPs according to the specific industry requirements Work on diverse assignments & business relevant challenges to build capability & gain critical experiences and assist different departments in their day-to-day work related to financial data required in providing quotations to clients, variance analysis in ongoing contracts and other financial assignments Studying the benchmark industry standards & practices in finance, accounts, and corporate banking and conducting a thorough gap analysis Develop innovative ideas & solutions to complex situations and tasks with proactive contributions and adaptability, especially for ongoing contracts and jobs Handle statutory reporting requirements and ensure that it meets applicable accounting principles and relevant regulations in India. Conducting timely internal audits and reviews of financial statements and presenting the report to the Senior Managers Work on business-relevant challenges pertaining to: – Business Process Re-engineering – Financial Analysis and Review – Budgeting, Planning & Forecast – Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management – Audit, Control & Compliance etc Desired Candidate Profile: CA (with 0-3 years of experience in the engineering/manufacturing industry), Freshers having articleship experience in statutory and internal auditing are encouraged to apply Should possess good oral and written communication Should possess good analytical and numerical skills A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Should have positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n0yaj
