Job Title Production Supervisor Location Mandana Plant Kota Department Production Position Overview The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations ensuring that production targets are met efficiently safely and in line with quality standards The role requires solid leadership attention to detail and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Key Responsibility Oversee daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets Lead supervise and motivate a team of production staff to maintain high levels of performance and discipline Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards Monitor and report on production performance efficiency and output metrics Coordinate with maintenance quality and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce downtime Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at all times Desired Experience and Qualification Experience 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment Education Diploma or Degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field Proven track record in team leadership and managing production floor operations Skills and Competencies Solid leadership and interpersonal communication skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficiency in production management software and reporting tools Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Compensation and Benifits Salary Range 15 000
