Role Overview The Blink Holidays is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Executive to manage day-to-day operations visa documentation client handling and backend coordination The ideal candidate should be efficient in communication well-versed with data management tools and capable of handling both B2B and B2C clients with professionalism Key Responsibilities Visa Typing Documentation Prepare verify and process visa forms and travel-related documentation with accuracy B2C B2B Client Handling Communicate with clients and partners resolve queries and ensure smooth service delivery Data Entry Record Management Maintain updated and accurate data in company systems and travel files Communication Sales Support Assist in sales activities follow-ups and provide excellent customer service to travelers and partners Google Sheets Excel Word Expertise Prepare reports maintain trackers compile data and create documentation using MS Office Google Workspace Operational Coordination Support internal teams coordinate bookings and ensure timely completion of tasks Required Skills Qualifications Strong communication skills written verbal Proficiency in Google Sheets MS Excel MS Word Good understanding of travel processes visa bookings documentation Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently Minimum 1 year experience preferred in Tour Travel industry Female candidate required Why Join The Blink Holidays Opportunity to grow in the travel tourism sector Friendly and supportive work culture Hands-on exposure to international travel documentation client management Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00
