About Eeki Foods Founded in 2018 Eeki Foods is dedicated to transforming the agricultural landscape through innovative technology We specialise in cultivating a wide range of nutritious and chemical-free vegetables achieving higher yield while conserving water Our mission is to grow pesticide free vegetables and establish climate-proof farms using our cutting-edge patented technology to enhance sustainability and revolutionise the way we grow vegetables Responsibilities Daily Accounting Entries Record and manage all daily financial transactions in Oracle ensuring accuracy and compliance company policies Inventory Management Track stock levels and update inventory records in Oracle Perform entries related to consumption stock adjustments and transfers Stock Reconciliation Regularly reconcile stock levels with physical counts and ensure accurate records Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them Cross-Departmental Coordination Collaborate with sales logistics and production teams to ensure smooth inventory management forecast requirements Process Improvement Suggest improvements to streamline inventory management and financial reporting Requirements Bachelor s and Master s degree in Commerce Proficiency in Oracle software with a solid background in accounting entries Experience in inventory and stock management preferably in a production or sales-driven environment Strong coordination skills and the ability to work with multiple departments to streamline processes Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Minimum Experience Minimum 2years Salary Range It depends on the Candidate s Skills and abilities Location Mangal Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00
