Management Information System Officer (Rajasthan)

We re looking for a smart tech-savvy person who can help streamline and automate key factory operations using Google Sheets or an ERP software You will work directly with the management team to build automated systems for production tracking inventory sales reporting and other operational processes Responsibilities Build and maintain Google Sheets systems for tracking production sales purchases inventory etc Create dashboards and reports to help management make faster decisions Integrate Google Sheets with tools like Gmail Forms and WhatsApp if needed Identify process inefficiencies and propose digital solutions Train team members on how to use these systems Requirements Robust expertise in Google Sheets formulas pivot tables data validation etc Experience with Google Apps Script or similar automation tools Basic understanding of business operations or manufacturing workflows is a plus Self-motivated and good at problem-solving Optional Experience with Excel VBA Zapier or APIs is a bonus Report Generation Analysis Generate daily weekly monthly and ad-hoc reports Analyze data trends KPIs and other metrics to provide actionable insights to management Support functional teams with reports that enhance their operational performance e g sales inventory production Skills Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science B Tech or related field Experience 1-2 years of experience in data management reporting or MIS functions preferably within the relevant industry Location Jaipur- Head Office Working Time- 10 30AM- 7PM IST Work Arrangement Work From Office and travel to factory when required Why Work With Us Be a part of a growing manufacturing business aiming to digitize and modernize Your systems will directly improve operational efficiency You ll have the freedom to experiment innovate and lead automation projects Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00
