The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The HR Executive will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities. Recruitment & Staffing:. Manage end-to-end recruitment process:job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
Employee Onboarding & Training:. Conduct current employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Performance Management:. Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Employee Relations:. Handle employee grievances and foster a positive working setting.
Address disciplinary issues and ensure proper documentation.
HR Policy & Compliance:. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures.
