- Donor Communication: Call donors and supporters to explain ongoing campaigns and the impact of their contributions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with the organization's supporters.
- Query Resolution: Assist donors with technical and administrative questions regarding payments, donations, and 80G tax-exemption certificates.
- Engagement & Follow-up: Utilize WhatsApp and phone calls to follow up with interested supporters and keep them engaged.
- Impact Storytelling: Share real-life impact stories and campaign updates to provide transparency and build trust.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate donor records and detailed communication logs.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to coordinate campaign outreach activities. Qualifications & Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Professionalism: Ability to speak professionally, empathetically, and confidently over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to build rapport and handle donor queries with patience.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using WhatsApp for professional communication.
- Passion: A genuine passion for social causes and a desire to help underprivileged communities and animals. Preferred Experience
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, fundraising, or NGO outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or donor management systems.
- Knowledge of NGO administrative processes (e.g., 80G documentation).
