Performance Creative Strategist — Meta Ads (Rajasthan)

About Us We run two fast-scaling D2C brands — Cotton Print Club and Ridhi Block Print — selling exclusively into the US market. We are in aggressive growth mode: testing dozens of creatives weekly, iterating on what wins, and scaling spend quickly behind proven concepts. This role sits at the core of our growth engine. You will not be a background editor — you will be the person responsible for keeping our creative pipeline full, fast, and profitable. The Opportunity This is not a slow-paced creative role. We run a performance-first operation where creatives are tested daily and decisions are made fast. What You'll Do Daily Creative Production
• Produce 20–30 ad creatives per day across video and static formats
• Edit UGC-style video ads with a sharp focus on hook (first 3 seconds), pacing, subtitles, and CTA
• Build multiple creative variations per concept: hooks, angles, formats Creative Strategy & Iteration
• Develop and test creative angles — problem/solution, aesthetic, gifting, seasonal, and more
• Format content for all Meta placements: Reels, Stories, Feed, and Carousels
• Study performance data from the Ads team and apply learnings to future creatives
• Identify patterns in winning ads and proactively propose recent concepts Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with the Influencer team to brief creators and organise incoming raw footage
• Work closely with the Ads team to understand what is performing and why
• Maintain a clean, well-organised creative library and asset system What You Must Know
• How Meta ad formats work — Reels, Stories, Feed — and how they differ
• Hook-driven editing: the first 3 seconds determine everything
• UGC-style production: authentic, raw, scroll-stopping — not polished brand content
• Basic performance copywriting for hooks, overlays, and CTAs
• How to work at speed: volume and iteration beat perfection in this game Tools Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop Ads: Platform Meta Ads Manager (basic familiarity required) Asset Management: Google Drive / Notion / shared creative libraries Ideal Candidate You are the right person for this role if:
• You have 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing creatives, UGC editing, or a D2C brand or agency environment
• You have hands-on experience producing direct response ads (not just brand content)
• You are obsessed with what makes content convert — you study ads in your own time
• You can produce quality work fast, without getting stuck in overthinking or perfectionism
• You communicate clearly and proactively — especially when coordinating across teams
