The ideal candidate should possess robust formulation expertise and a deep understanding of premium, performance-driven products comparable to leading brands in the luxury Ayurveda, clean beauty, and science-backed skincare segments. Key Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Proven experience in cosmetic formulation and product development. •⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of active ingredients, botanicals, essential oils, emulsions, surfactants, and modern cosmetic technologies. •⁠ ⁠Ability to develop innovative, stable, and market-ready formulations across skincare, haircare, and wellness categories. •⁠ ⁠Understanding of product efficacy, stability testing, ingredient compatibility, and regulatory requirements. •⁠ ⁠Strong research capabilities with awareness of global beauty trends and emerging ingredients. •⁠ ⁠A creative mindset combined with scientific rigour and attention to detail.
