About Mitasu Labs Mitasu Labs is building the OS layer for D2C brands in India — the infrastructure that connects marketplace operations, performance marketing, catalog intelligence, and AI-driven workflows into a single growth engine. We work across Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify, helping brands not just list and sell, but build scalable, data-informed commerce operations from the ground up. Founded by IIT Kharagpur '15 Almunus — with a background in investment banking and 10 years of hands-on experience across marketplace ecosystems, performance advertising, and building D2C brands from scratch. This is a small, high-intensity team where you'll work alongside the founder on live client accounts from day one. What You'll Do Marketplace Listings & Catalog Management — Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify. This includes content writing, keyword research, image coordination, and flat file uploads. Client Communication — Handle day-to-day client queries, coordinate deliverables, and maintain clear communication across accounts. AI Workflow Building — Help design and implement AI-powered workflows for content creation, social media scheduling, and other repeatable tasks. General Operations Support — Pitch in wherever needed across active client accounts and projects.
