More about Gravita can be explored at: Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained across corporate premises, including the company’s guest house. Develop, implement, and upgrade housekeeping policies and procedures in line with industry best practices to enhance efficiency and uphold the highest cleanliness standards. Lead, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing direction, support, and guidance on daily tasks and responsibilities. Conduct regular inspections of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, corridors, and other common areas to ensure compliance with corporate housekeeping standards. Oversee task scheduling and allocation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely completion of duties. Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage of cleaning materials and equipment. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists for various areas and equipment, ensuring all areas are cleaned on time and according to company guidelines. Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff on the use of cleaning tools, safety protocols, and effective housekeeping techniques. Respond promptly and professionally to any housekeeping-related issues or complaints, ensuring quick resolution. Qualifications Graduation degree in any field (in any discipline preferably Hospitality). Minimum 10 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a 5/4-star hotel or in a big corporate house. Experience in upgradation and implementation of housekeeping standards and processes to improve efficiency and service quality. Required Skills Robust leadership and team management abilities. Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals. Ability to develop and enforce cleaning schedules, checklists, and SOPs. Strong attention to detail and quality orientation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management and cost control. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complaints professionally. Basic computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and inventory tracking. Preferred Skills Certification in Housekeeping Management or Hospitality Management. Experience working with ERP or facility management software. Knowledge of green cleaning practices and eco-friendly products. Prior experience in pre-opening or setup of housekeeping operations.
