Senior Collection Manager (Commercial Loan) (Rajasthan)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Collection Manager to manage front-end collections for commercial lending portfolios. The role involves early-stage delinquency management, customer engagement, and ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle front-end collections for commercial loan portfolios Proactively engage with clients to ensure timely repayments and reduce delinquencies Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and field visits (if required) Analyze overdue accounts and identify risk indicators Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Sales, Legal) for case resolution Maintain accurate records of collection activities in CRM systems Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines Track collection performance and generate MIS reports Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred) 3–7 years of experience in commercial loan collections / corporate collections Strong understanding of lending products and collection processes Key Skills: Negotiation and influencing skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Analytical and problem-solving ability Knowledge of delinquency management tools and CRM systems Result-oriented with ability to work under pressure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Delinquency control (Bucket-wise performance) Collection efficiency and recovery rates Reduction in roll-forward cases Customer engagement and resolution turnaround time Benefits: Competitive compensation Performance incentives Growth opportunities opportunities Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n9rtl
