Your job is to leverage those assets, build flawless campaigns, drive high-intent engagement to our Shopify store, and convert traffic into sales. - 1,20,000/- yearly Responsibilities Meta Ads Mastery: Plan, set up, and execute end-to-end conversion campaigns (Advantage Shopping, custom retention funnels, and precise retargeting). Drive High-Quality Traffic: Focus on bringing highly engaged, high-intent audiences to the website, minimizing bounce rates, and maximizing time-on-site. Campaign Optimization: Deeply understand bidding strategies, budget scaling, and continuous A/B testing of hooks, copy, and audience angles. Shopify Store Handling: Manage the Shopify backend, ensure flawless conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API), and optimize the on-site user journey to increase Add-to-Cart and Checkout rates. Data Over Hype: Monitor daily ad spend, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and ROAS, shifting budgets dynamically based on hard data. Qualifications Proven E-commerce Track Record: 2 years of experience running successful conversion-focused Meta Ads for product brands. Deep Campaign Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of the Meta Ads algorithm, pixel setup, lookalikes, and funnel structuring.
