UAV & Drone Technology Expert (Shahapur)

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Drone Technical Expert/Technician for our college Drone Club and Innovation Lab. The candidate should have hands-on experience in drone assembly, calibration, troubleshooting, and conducting practical training sessions for students. Responsibilities
- Assemble and configure quadcopters and custom UAV systems
- Perform drone calibration, testing, tuning, and maintenance
- Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions for students
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and flight-related issues
- Guide students in self-designed drone development projects
- Support integration of sensors, controllers, telemetry, GPS, FPV systems, etc.
- Assist in research, innovation, and prototype development activities Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of drone assembly and flight controller setup
- Experience with calibration and troubleshooting of drones
- Knowledge of ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and embedded systems
- Understanding of controllers, ESCs, motors, receivers, transmitters, and battery systems
- Familiarity with UAV communication protocols and mission planning software
- Ability to mentor and train students practically Preferred Skills
- Experience in FPV drones, autonomous drones, or mapping/survey drones
- Knowledge of programming, IoT, or AI integration in UAVs
- Experience with Pixhawk, Betaflight, ArduPilot, PX4, or similar platforms Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00
