- Administer and monitor general, regional, local, and sedation anesthesia tailored to patient needs and surgical requirements. <\/li>
- Perform advanced airway management, including endotracheal intubation, tracheostomy care, and use of alternative airway devices. <\/li>
- Manage ventilation during surgery and in critical care settings, including mechanical ventilation and weaning protocols. <\/li>
- Provide comprehensive pre -anesthetic assessment and patient evaluation to determine anesthesia plans and risk stratification. <\/li>
- Deliver effective intraoperative and postoperative pain management strategies using multimodal approaches. <\/li>
- Monitor vital signs continuously during anesthesia and respond promptly to any physiological changes or complications. <\/li>
- Collaborate with ICU teams to manage critically ill patients requiring anesthetic support, sedation, and ventilatory assistance. <\/li>
- Participate in emergency response and code blue situations, providing immediate anesthetic and life support interventions. <\/li>
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records, patient responses, and post -procedural care. <\/li>
- Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines, protocols, and advancements in anesthesia and critical care medicine. <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> Requirements<\/b> <\/h3> <\/div>
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia) or equivalent. <\/li>
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council. <\/li>
- Minimum of 1+ year of hands -on experience in clinical anesthesia, including surgical and critical care settings. <\/li>
- Proficiency in advanced airway management, including intubation, ventilation, and emergency airway techniques. <\/li>
- Demonstrated expertise in regional anesthesia (e.g., spinal, epidural, nerve blocks) and local anesthesia administration. <\/li>
- Strong understanding of pain management protocols, including acute and chronic pain interventions. <\/li>
- Experience in ICU settings, including management of ventilated patients and hemodynamic monitoring. <\/li>
- Ability to work under pressure, make rapid clinical decisions, and function effectively in high -stakes environments. <\/li>
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. <\/li>
