We are looking for a skilled Operator and Fitter with 2 to 7 years of experience to manage the day-to-day operations of our Blow and Injection Moulding Machines, ensuring smooth production flow and timely maintenance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling mould changes, repairs, and maintenance of machines and moulds. Roles and Responsibility
- Manage daily machine operations, including mould changes, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure efficient production workflow by performing routine checks and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Report directly to the owner on machine performance and maintenance schedules.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Job Requirements
- Experience in operating and maintaining Blow and Injection Moulding Machines.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
