About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Patternshop Supervisor who understands plant operations and can take ownership of daily activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensuring sourcing of adequate skilled/unskilled workers.

· Overseeing daily and work on the floor.

· Managing and guiding workers.

· Keeping healthy team spirit & atmosphere among workers, co-supervisors etc.

What We’re Looking For

· Basic knowledge of casting processes.

· Experience in handling labour workforce in industrial environments

· Ability to work in rotational shifts

· Solid communication and coordination skills

· Discipline and ability to maintain shop floor control

Qualification

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Bachelor /Diploma; however, practical experience in foundry operations is essential.

Pay: ₹10,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
