Operational Manager- Jainpur "White Peak Refrigeration"

Role & responsibilities The Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of the visi cooler manufacturing plant. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role drives operational excellence across production, quality, supply chain, engineering, and workforce management. The Operations Manager translates the company's strategic objectives into measurable plant-level outcomes, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, product quality, and a protected working environment.
- Oversee daytoday plant operations, ensuring production, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
- Drive production planning, efficiency improvement, and capacity utilization.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with SCM, Purchase, and PPC for smooth material availability and inventory control.
- Manage maintenance activities to improve equipment uptime and OEE.
- Implement Lean, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead safety, health, and environment (HSE) compliance across the plant.
- Control manufacturing costs and budgets, driving costreduction initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and manage crossfunctional plant teams.
- Prepare and present MIS, reports, and performance reviews to management. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Mandatory) Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or MBA (preferred). Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt), TPM, or PMP are an advantage. Experience Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 45 years in a senior plant management role. Proven experience in consumer durables, refrigeration, HVAC, or white goods manufacturing strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in managing multi-disciplinary plant teams of 200+ employees.
