The candidate will coordinate with various departments including Production, Materials, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of orders, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer orders from order entry till dispatch process.
· Coordinate with production, materials, and purchase departments for order execution.
· Follow up with customers and internal teams regarding lead time and order tracking.
· Coordinate with sales engineers regarding customer requirements and updates.
· Manage payment follow-ups and dispatch clearance activities.
· Arrange vehicles and coordinate delivery schedules for timely dispatch.
· Maintain proper communication with customers regarding delivery status and updates.
· Ensure smooth coordination between all departments for operational efficiency. Required Skills:
