We Are Hiring – Turner Location: INTERNATIONAL TRANSMISSION LIMITED (ITL) Pundhe, Mumbai–Nashik Highway, Taluka Shahapur, District Thane – 421601 Nearest Railway Station: Aatgaon (Central Railway) Job Summary ITL (Intrans Limited) is seeking a skilled and experienced Turner to join our manufacturing team at the Pundhe facility. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines, producing precision components as per engineering drawings, and ensuring quality standards are met in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
· Operate conventional lathe machines to manufacture components as per specifications
· Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions
· Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and perform machining operations
· Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
· Maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality standards
· Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper housekeeping
· Identify and resolve machining-related issues to minimize downtime
· Follow safety procedures and company quality standards at all times
· Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets Required Skills & Qualifications
· ITI in Turner Trade or equivalent technical qualification
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry
· Robust knowledge of lathe machine operations and machining processes
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
