Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to lead FMCG / General Trade sales operations across multiple cities in West Bengal. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring strong on-ground execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets, managing a team of Market Growth Representatives (MGRs), and maintaining robust relationships with retailers and distributors. With a focus on primary and secondary sales, outlet expansion, and effective merchandising, this position plays a key role in strengthening our brand presence and market share in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve daily and weekly Primary & Secondary sales targets consistently

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Market Growth Representatives (MGRs) to ensure performance and accountability

- Identify and open current retail outlets to expand distribution network

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retailers and distributors

- Ensure optimal in-store visibility and execution of merchandising plans

- Track, manage, and maintain company assets including coolers, POS materials, and promotional displays

- Handle outlet-level discount approvals, credit management, and claims processing efficiently

Requirements
- 1year + of proven experience in FMCG / General Trade sales/ Field sales


- Prior experience managing a team of 5 or more field representatives

- Graduate or MBA in any discipline

- Strong sales execution, negotiation, and people leadership skills

- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 90% of the month) across assigned territories

- Proficient in field reporting, sales tracking, and CRM tools

Work Schedule:Day shift, Fully field-based with continuous travel and on-ground responsibilities

Gender: Male candidates preferred

Age Criteria: 42 years or below

Benefits Salary: Up to ₹4.2 LPA (based on experience & interview performance)
