We pride ourselves on maintaining an international standard of infrastructure across our expansive campuses. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Civil Work Supervisor to oversee ongoing campus infrastructure development, building renovations, routine structural maintenance, and civil projects across our institutions. Key Responsibilities:
- In office Supervision: Oversee daily civil construction, repair, and renovation activities across various KVM campus buildings to ensure work is progressing safely and on schedule.
- Workforce Management: Coordinate and manage day labor, specialized subcontractors, masons, and carpenters. Allocate tasks efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all construction materials used and execution styles strictly adhere to engineering drawings, building codes, and structural safety standards.
- Material Tracking: Monitor material inventory on-site, verify incoming deliveries, minimize wastage, and raise timely purchase indents to prevent project delays.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain exact daily site logs, track labor attendance, and report physical and financial progress to the Management/Project Engineer.
- Routine Maintenance: Periodically inspect existing campus structures to identify and resolve issues like water leakage, concrete scaling, or plumbing/structural wear and tear. Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: BTech in Civil Engineering (highly preferred).Knowledge of Auto CAD will be an added advantage. Exceptional candidates with extensive structural fieldwork experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of active experience as a site supervisor, preferably handling commercial buildings, institutional campuses, or large residential projects.
- Technical Skills: Ability to fluidly read and interpret structural, architectural, and working drawings. Pay: ₹15,000.00
