The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized insurance solutions, monitor market trends, and prepare detailed sales reports for performance evaluation.Qualifications Sales Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading sales teams, fostering motivation, and achieving targets as a team. Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build long-term relationships and deliver client-focused solutions. Strategic Planning and Business Development: Expertise in identifying new market opportunities and executing effective sales strategies.Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution. Knowledge of Insurance Products and Market Dynamics: Experience with life insurance products, market practices, and regulatory compliance is a plus. Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics, develop actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for sales and client engagement.Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with a results-driven approach.
