This is not a hands-on configuration role. We have a primary System Integrator handling the build. What we need is someone who acts as the expert in the room— a design advisor and functional guardian.At Calfus , we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between Finance business needs and SAP solution delivery— not just configure, but advise, challenge, and guide. From a career standpoint, this is the kind of role that's genuinely hard to find. You'd be at the table during a major transformation program — not executing tasks, but shaping decisions. You're the person Finance leadership turns to, andyou're the one bridging business needs with what the SI delivers.✅ You Must Have: 8+ to 15 years in SAP Finance&Controlling (FI/CO) Strong hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA Finance— GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA/Margin Analysis Experience in S/4 upgrades or transformations (SI-led programs) Solid grasp of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report&Product Costing Manufacturing domain experience is a MUST Ability to review solution designs, lead UAT, and validate functional specs⚡ What You'll Do: Review&challenge SI-proposed designs and configurations Own functional documentation, test scripts&UAT cycles Act as the bridge between Finance SMEs, IT&the System Integrator✅ Soft Skills • Excellent communicator across Finance, IT, and SI teams. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading discussions. • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
